Shipping Charges: Delivery within India

Curio Casa by velvet lane LLP provides free delivery on all Products.


Shipping Charges: Delivery outside India

Curio Casa by velvet lane LLP will charge a fixed 25% of the product value for all shipping outside India. For Delivery outside India, Cash on Delivery mode of payment option is not available. A currency conversion charge of 7% will be levied on payments made through Paypal.


Important Note: Additional charges like Import Duty or Customs Duty if any, specific to a particular country are to be borne by the customer.


Shipping Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through Registered International Courier companies. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through Registered Domestic Courier companies and /or Speed Post only. Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post


Office Norms

velvet lane LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Velvet lane LLP is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. However, if there is any damage to the box or the seal is open kindly call our customer care number immediately.


Tracking of Order

You will also be able to track your order online using the AWB number of your parcel. The details of the AWB number and the link to tracking website will be mailed to you once the order is dispatched from our centre.



Cancellation and Exchange Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order call our customer care at +91 9845825077/+919945633677. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Instead, you will have to raise an exchange request once you receive the order.


Exchange
  1. If you have received a Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product, Please get in touch with the customer Service by email at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. On receiving your complaint, Curio Casa shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Curio Casa is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Curio Casa will start initiating the replacement process.
  3. In Order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions :
  4. Please notify Curio Casa of receipt of a Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product within 48 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, Curio Casa shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  5. Products have to be unused.
  6. Products should be returned in their original Packaging along with the Original Price tags, barcodes, labels, invoices, etc.
  7. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that here is no further damage of products during transit itself.
  8. Curio Casa will arrange pick-up of the Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product through its logistics partner.
  9. The returned Products are subject to verifications and checks by Curio Casa in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the complaint is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
  10. Once the Product is received by the Curio Casa and verified, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 48 hours on basis of availability.
  11. In case of non –availability of the products, you will be informed and then refund will be taken into consideration.
