Shipping Charges
Curiocasa by Velvet lane LLP provides free delivery on all Products for its buyers.
All Shipments will be Shipped from Bangalore, India.
Important Note: Additional charges like Import Duty or Customs Duty if any, specific to a particular country are to be borne by the customer.
Shipping Policy
For all Buyers , orders are shipped through Registered Courier companies, Orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days from the date of confirmation of order.
Office Norms
Velvet lane LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 working days from the date of confirmation of order .
Tracking of Order
You will also be able to track your order online using the AWB number of your parcel. The details of the AWB number and the link to tracking website will be mailed to you once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Cancellation and Exchange Policy
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order, please mail us at admin@curiocasa.com. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Instead, you will have to raise an exchange request once you receive the order.
Exchange & Returns
- Curio Casa (Velvetlane LLP ) will not accept returns under any circumstances.
- If you have received a Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product please get in touch with the customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure you take pictures and video while unboxing the package and share us the same on admin@curiocasa.com.
- On receiving your complaint, Curio Casa (Velvetlane LLP) shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Curio Casa (Velvetlane LLP) is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Curio Casa will start initiating the replacement process.
- In Order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:
- Please notify Curio Casa of receipt of a Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product within 48 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, Curio Casa shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
- Products have to be unused.
- Products should be returned in their original Packaging along with the Original Price tags, barcodes, labels, invoices, etc.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that here is no further damage of products during transit itself.
- Curio Casa (Velvetlane LLP) will arrange pick-up of the Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product through its logistics partner.
- The returned Products are subject to verifications and checks by Curio Casa in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the complaint is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
- Once the Product is received by the Curio Casa and verified, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 48 hours on basis of availability.
- In case of non –availability of the products, you will be informed and then refund will be taken into consideration.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of Shipping, Cancellations , Exchange and Return policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to Shipping, Cancellations , Exchange and Return policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
